STRATEGI DAN PELUANG BISNIS USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) MELINTASI PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Small business is an action in meeting the criteria for sales results that refer to a people's economy founded by individuals. The fact is that during the pandemic, it has completely changed the economic field, especially microeconomics, where the entrepreneurial brain must be sharpened so as not to lose income. This study aims to find out how widespread the pandemic is in breaking the UMKM chain and how UMKM actors survive in meeting their needs. Changing marketing to a digitalization scheme, this is the most effective strategy by making the internet the highest marketer who has great potential in the online buying and selling movement which will increase intensively in increasing UMKM. This study describes the protection of UMKM during the Covid19 pandemic through the creation of digital marketing in online media (e-commerce) and relationship marketing.
