PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO TUTORIAL BASIC PIPING BUTTER CREAM PADA MATA KULIAH DEKORASI KUE

This developmental research was conducted to develop and assess the feasibility of a basic piping buttercream tutorial video as a part of the pastry decoration course. The study took place at the Department of Culinary Education, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. The research utilized the Research and Development (R&D) method, employing the 4D development model with the following stages: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Dissemination. Data analysis was performed using descriptive percentage techniques.The study underwent validation by three expert faculty members: a subject matter expert, a media expert, and a language expert. The development of the learning media was validated with a material expert's assessment achieving a 94% rating, classified as excellent; a media expert's assessment achieving 81%, classified as good; and a language expert's assessment achieving 96%, classified as excellent. In the one-on-one evaluation, a score of 87% was obtained, classified as good. In the small group evaluation, a score of 89% was achieved, also classified as good. The field group evaluation yielded a score of 90%, classified as excellent. In the student response assessment, a score of 92% was attained, classified as excellent. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the basic piping buttercream tutorial video media is suitable for use in the learning process.

Faktor Penghambat Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Pada Rumah Sakit Swasta Di Indonesia

Hospitals are public organizations that require fast and accurate service for all users in their surrounding areas. Therefore, an integrated system for all types of services is necessary. The implementation of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) plays a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and the quality of healthcare services. However, its implementation in various private hospitals in Indonesia still faces several challenges. This study aims to identify factors hindering the successful implementation of SIMRS in private hospitals. The research approach used a qualitative survey with a descriptive approach. The analysis results indicate that limited infrastructure, human resource capacity, financing aspects, organizational resistance, and regulatory issues are the main obstacles to SIMRS implementation. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for hospital management in formulating more effective strategies to overcome these obstacles, thus ensuring optimal SIMRS utilization.

Peran Akuntansi Keperilakuan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengambilan Keputusan Dan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan: Tinjauan Literatur

Companies must consider human behavioral aspects in the decision-making process as the business environment becomes increasingly complex. To understand how individual attitudes, perceptions, motivations, and cognitive biases influence the use of accounting information and the outcomes of managers' decisions, which impact the company's financial performance, behavioral accounting is crucial. The role of behavioral accounting on financial performance and the efficacy of corporate decision-making is the subject of this study. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (LSR) by analyzing relevant scientific publications from SINTA-indexed national journals and reputable international journals over a specific period. The literature selection process involved identifying, screening, and evaluating the quality of the articles. The results showed that applying behavioral accounting principles improves the quality of managers' decision-making, which in turn improves the company's financial performance. The influencing factors are primarily individual competence, management control systems, organizational culture, and the appropriate use of accounting information. Theoretically, this study supports behavioral accounting as a basis for decision-making and helps company management sustainably improve financial performance.

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PERSEDIAAN BARANG DI GUDANG

The Goods Inventory Management Information System will assist companies in recording, receiving goods, storing, sending as well as managing goods in the warehouse so as to avoid recording errors and can produce accurate and precise inventory reports. This analysis was conducted to determine the effectiveness of internal control and inventory management in the company's warehouse by analyzing how well the inventory management information system is implemented in the warehouse. Method of the research is a literature study. In conclusion, aspects of inventory management related to warehousing management of a company have not been fully able to run its information system properly. This is because, even though the applications and software used are very helpful, almost every company has problems with the Human Resources that operate the system.

To build and develop a business, management is very important, especially in financial management. MSME players must have good financial planning so that their businesses can run well and sustainably. In reality, many (MSMEs) in North Jakarta area have to face various challenges, especially those related to limitations in management and financial management. Study conducted for examining growth MSMEs in region and consider problems faced by business owners using qualitative descriptive design, namely data collection by interviews MSME owners focusing on supervision, income and expenditure, financial recording, and capital management. Overall, MSMEs are very important to the Indonesian economy because they provide employment and market various local products. Outcome study revealed even they do not yet have a formal financial recording system, most MSME entrepreneurs have separated their personal and business finances.
